I am unable to connect sharepoint folder / sharepoint online lists from powerbi desktop. I am currently using power bi pro july edition. i set the credential as organisation in data source settings for sharepoint kindly help on this. So that i can setup auto refresh using flow / api call. PFA of errors which am facing. FYI I am having owner permission for OSDOperation in teams.

@AllisonKennedy is right you have to use the Organization Account connection method.
In your screenshot you only change the privacy level of the data.
I think the next problem will be the correct URL of the SharePoint site.

Based on my test, it does not have to be the owner of the folder. Just need to have read permission.

Thanks mate, I succeed - login to SharePoint folder through PowerBI.
To access SharePoint folder/list, and to create flow for automate is it mandatory to being Owner of that folder ?
