I have a storedprocedure in Snowflake which when executed gives proper results. The Storedprocedure when executed in Power BI Powerquery is giving the Data in the Powerquery in the preview. After I click "Close & Apply" i.e loading the Data to Datamodel when I add any column from the Direct Query table to any visual I'm getting the error -
Error fetching data for this visual
"DirectQuery error : DirectQuery may not be used with this datasource - please consider moving to a supported data source or upgrading the SQL Server data source to the latest available version" in the visual.
But Im able to use the columns if I load the table in Import mode. I need to bind the storedprocedure to a parameter and execute the stored procedure dynamically.
Can anyone kindly let me know if calling the snowflake storedprocedure from Power BI is supported? Im using Power BI February 2025 version.
