trying to get 2 filters in one table but different column

Hi Everyone,

Hope all's well!

I am trying to create a comparison of 2 stores one beside other with variance and % difference.

To begin with i am trying to give the capability of filtering 2 different stores one beside other and i am stuck.

i have used these calculations -

Stock 1 = CALCULATE([Stock Per m2 MAT New(1)],(FILTER('Unique Identefier','Unique Identefier'[location] =  VALUES('Unique Identefier'[location]))))

Stock 2 = CALCULATE([Stock Per m2 MAT New(2)],FILTER('Unique Identefier (2)','Unique Identefier (2)'[location] =  VALUES('Unique Identefier (2)'[location])))

getting an error. not sure how to proceed.

I have created 2 different table or duplicated to have them in 2 filters.
Unique Identefier & Unique Identefier (2).

Hey @Krishna2285 ,

can you please provide a screenshot/scribble of how you want the comparison to look like.

Regards,

Tom

Hi Tom,

Here is look like from excel -

And why can't you just select two stores from a single slicer?

I have to admit that I can not see how the comparison of two stores is happening in the Excel table.

In excel it lookinup from a another sheet and creating a row for each category.

later its just a-b to get the variance.

Where as if i filter 2 stores and get the results how can add a measure to a store summarised value.
