trying for sing up in to Microsoft power bi

hello

i am trying to sing up in Microsoft power bi , but I get this error every time ,{ Sorry, we need additional information to verify your identity }

how can i solve this problem and sign up ?

Hi  @mahdipbi1 ,

Does the issue still exist? Normally, this issue is caused by:

1. Your current phone number has been used to register Office 365 service for many times. You could use a different phone number or email address to register.

2. You're under in an unsafe network environment. You need to change the Internet environment.
