transformation and combine all excel sheet in folder

I have multiple Excel sheets in a Folder and need to make transformations to all of them and combine them in one sheet in Power query in Power Bi

some of transformation before combining is removing the first row, making the second row the header, and then combining all the remaining rows in one sheet
