transform excel table

Hi,

I have a excel tabel like below and i want to output as in the image. both of them are on the same image.

I would like to know the PowerQuery transformation.

any help would be appriciated

According to your picture, if you want to get the help with Power query, I suggest you to go to the Power query forum to ask for help so that more experts in the Power query can help you in advance.

What's more, I think the sample data in Excel or table form is also needed.

Any chance you can provide  sample data (pivot table) in a file? (you can upload to a cloud service such as Onedrive, Google Drive, Dropbox...and share the file from there)
