total counts of rows exceed by 1.

Hi All,

I have a  report based on two folders.  I have seven csv files in the folder.

 This is  a simple report an displaying total counts of each files.

Fo rsome reson on  refresh total counts of rows exceed by 1. 

For example from folder 1: 

File one = 0

File Two = 183

File Three = 12

File Four = 15

File Five = 0

But it displays on report as:

File one = 1

File Two = 184

File Three = 13

File Four = 16

File Five = 1

  help will be appreciated.  Thanks

@sdhn when you are importing the csv files, are you promoting the headers? Maybe it is counting the header row. It is always good to provide some more details. Read this post to get your answer quickly.

Hi,

I opened the each files.

CNTRL A

and save the files.

After that I refreshed  and got correct counts BUT   file name with '0' counts disappeared. 

File Two = 183

File Three = 12

File Four = 15

I want to diaplays as:

File one = 0

File Two = 183

File Three = 12

File Four = 15

File Five = 0

1) Do I need to format each tiime?  

2) How can I get file name with '0' too?   Thanks
