I have this column in dataset. this is the spent time on survey for male and female. But it is in decimal. My question is  How much time spent on males and females.?

How can I bring time value in card visual(If I do i will get in decimal). Should simply drag and drop time spent column in card visual or should I change datatype.

Please also see this article on a good way to calculate and format durations. You should keep your column as decimal to make the math/expression easy, but you can easily format it to look like a time/duration in your measure.
