is there any way I can keep text and numaric data type in a single column in PowerBI, as my source data is mix of both numaric and text fields, I would need tro have the value in a same column in a tabel. issue I am facing is when I put that column in a chart visual numbers does not agggrigrate (obviously) it there any way I can change the data type dynamically in the table it self, that is when it is text it is text and when it is a number it is a number.
In the below image tabel visual works as it shows only the value, but when I convert the same tabel into a graph it does not show the values insted it shows the count hence the data type in the main tabel is "abc123" I have included tabel and the reort below.
any help is highly appriciated

Hello @amalrio,
No, this is impossible. Power bi does not allow you to place multiple data types in a column.
Columns that contain mixed data types or data type are not supported will force conversion as a text field with raw type name or value.
