Hello,
Is there way to perform calculations on the visuals rather than creating a measure or calculated column ?
I want to multiply price with tradeable QTY in the below visual, both columns are coming from different tables and SEC-ID is not unique in either so I cannot create 1-to many relationship (it's always many to many) so I cannot use Related function to connect two tables.
Just trying to think if there is workaround. Thank you
thanks Kishore, can you please give me example of the DAX formula I can use, lets say the column "TradebleaQTY" is in "QTY" table and column price is in "Price" table. If the values are indeed unique for each sec ID, how would the formula display ? Thank you
Hello @tanveal eventhough there is many to many relationship if you can confirm the values will be unique for each sec-ID then you can use 'LOOKUPVALUE' to get the details from another table.
If this post helps, then please consider accepting it as the solution to help other members find it more quickly. Thank You!!
