i want to summazige my coloum value and summarize it in to one value set, so as to get one spent and click value for one advertisement.

You can simply use 'summarize' function to achieve your requirement, below is the sample formula.
Create a new table to store the summary result:
Summary table=SUMMARIZE(Table,[Advertisement],"hourly_spent",SUM(Table[hourly_spent]))
