You can create a measure:
Cumulative = CALCULATE(SUM('Table1'[hourly_spent]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table1'),VALUE(LEFT('Table1'[Advertisement]))=1 || VALUE(LEFT('Table1'[Advertisement]))=2))
