I have the following visual and the formula on how the measure is calculated:
So the number in each row are count of ID's. However, the Total needs to be the entire sum of the next phase column. Adding up the numbers in next phase does not give me the number shown under total. How do we get the sum of the numbers under total? Thanks!

@Anonymous add another measure and use this measure in your table.
Sum of next phase = SUMX( VALUES( Table[PhaseNo] ), [Next Phase] )
