status count with measures

the others are formed by measures
the column under discussion is Result
because it depends on the other columns made by measurements to arrive at a result, I just want to calculate the amount of each result, for example, 30 'aumentou', 20 'diminuiu' and so on.
I can't share the data because it's too big, the file has about 40 tables from different sources and it would be difficult to split without compromising the data I want to send.
