sql server

my server IP was changed and then i was not able to access the server or import data from server into power bi.
I have enabled everything TCP/IP and all but still not able to connect to sql server..

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on your problems, here are my answers.

I think you can firstly restart the SQL Server Service, you change the IP, so a simple restart may solve the problem.

Just as @Nithinr says, you can try to use SQL Server Management Studio. Validate the Connection String and Test with UDL File may also help you find the problem. You can read this two documents for a further research: Prerequisites and checklist for resolving connectivity errors - SQL Server | Microsoft Learn and Troubleshoot connectivity issues in SQL Server - SQL Server | Microsoft Learn

Finally you need to check the Power BI Configuration. The most important thing is entering the updated server IP  address and database name.
