hi, 

is there any way to produce a calculated measure with sql query? or defining to the power bi what to send to the DB?

With DirectQuery mode, you could track the generated query in sqlprofiler as I mentioned in topic https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Developer/Performance-using-Direct-Query-on-Embedded-Dashboard/td-p...
