I have a column called Category which has values like: 'Refill On Time Percentage' and 'Refill Volume' and another column called value which gives values in decimal like 0.78 for Refill on Time Percentage and values like 11,409.00 when for Refill Volume. I want to create two measures. One which gives Refill Volume only and other which give Refill On Time Percentage in power BI.
I know in sql we usually do something like:
select * from A where Category = 'Refill Volume'
Select * from A where Category = 'Refill On Time Percentage'
I am not sure how to do in power BI with measure. Could you please help me out? I am stuck here.

@rocku2008_1985 Try:
Measure 1 = SUMX(FILTER('Table',[Category] = "Refill On Time Percentage",[Value])
Measure 2 = SUMX(FILTER('Table',[Category] = "Refill Volume",[Value])
