I need output as if i select projectid 1 then SBU name as DT,IES like on card how i can ???
i.e SBU Name : DT/IES

Try this MEASURE and then put it in a CARD visual

CONCATENATEX ( VALUES ( TableName[SBU Name] ), TableName[SBU Name], "," )

Just Replace ISFILTERED with ISCROSSFILTERED in the code provided by @v-chuncz-msft

Measure =

    & IF (
        ISCROSSFILTERED ( Table1[ProjectID] ),
        CONCATENATEX ( VALUES ( Table1[SBU Name] ), Table1[SBU Name], "," )
