sort table by column, without clicking column name

Hi all, 

I have a table with some logs and their appearance counts. I also have some slicer that affects this table. How can I have it so that the default state of this table is sorted in Descending order of this 'count' column. 

I know I can click the column name with the little triangle. But can it be done without this extra step?

Solutions I find online use this 'column tools' tab on the main ribbon, but I don't have this tab.

Workarounds are also fine.
