Hi,
I have a user within our organisation who has Power BI Pro licence. As business partner based in another country who belongs to a different organisation shared a Power BI report with him, but he is unable to open it.
For testing purposes the same guy shared it with a colleague of mine and he was able to open it.
Any clues where the problem could be and how can this be fixed.
This is the error he gets. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
Regards,
Hitz

Hi Hitz,
I would suggest you delete the external user first then invite the user again. Please refer to power-bi/service-admin-azure-ad-b2b. There are two ways to invite a user. Try another one, please.
Best Regards,
Dale
