slow data loading

I have a database oracle, I upload the data with sql query but when I upload the data the upload is slower.

My database has a lot of data (thousand data).

 There is a way to load faster

Or you can use Direct Query connection mode.

When is DirectQuery useful?

Is it slow using another software ? Have you checked your odbc driver ?

Are you applied transformations on your data ?
