Please Using month in Table as a slicer and try:
Table = SUMMARIZE(Facts[Months])
datescount =
CALCULATE(
COUNTROWS(DimDate),
FILTER(
Facts,
Facts[Months],Facts[Months]=Selectedvalue(Table[Months])
),
REMOVEFILTERS(dimemps[Employee Name])
)
