slicer for days based off days ago

hi all.

I have a column called 'daysSinceSale' and it just calculates the days since the sale.

I want to create a slicer that will bin these days into groups. for example:

if daysSinceSale = 0 - 30 then 'Last30Days'

if daysSinceSale = 0 - 90 then 'Last90Days'

if daysSinceSale = 0 - 120 then 'Last120Days'

else 'OlderThen120Days'

I problem I face is I need to pick up the records in Last30Days when I am sliced on Last90Days

@Anonymous so you are saying if the invoice is in 0-30 days, you want to see it any of other bins as well, correct?

I am saying if I choose the Last90Days bin I want to make sure I pick up the records in Last30Days as well. I keep getting it screwed up and only classifying records as one bin only

Hi @Anonymous ,

My suggestion is to use bookmarks in this case.

Instead of slicer for grouping, add 4 buttons: 30 days, 90 days, 120 days, 120+ days.
Each button will be linked to different bookmark.

Each bookmark will have list to be displayed, and on visual level (ie: list) you will set relative date filter.

So button 30 days will be linked to bookmark called "30 days", and this bookmark will show only list where relative date is last 30 days.

Here are some screenshots:
For the purpose of demonstration i set list for 90 days beside list od 30 days, but in reality it will be set on the same place.
