how to show previous all quarters data including with currently selected quarter?

Date is my date table date date there is joined with my sales fact.

Better example

Cumm Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),filter(all('Date'),'Date'[Date] <=maxx('Date','Date'[Date])))

Do you have a date. Then you can have date calendar and try the following. Move your Qtr to date dimension

Cumm Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),filter(date,date[date] <=maxx(date,date[date])))

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :
