Hi,

I tried opening your excel file. The excel file, as well as Power BI, is getting data from some other excel file that you have not attached. Therefore when we open the excel file, most of the values are showing as "N/A"  I could not figure out your requirement as a result.

You will have a better chance of getting a solution if you avoid the excel graph and just post the table structure that you are using in Power BI and state your calculation requirement or try to calculate it yourself and post your DAX code with any error information.

Everyone may not have the time to go through your excel dashboard, understand the requirement, then go to your power bi and figure out what you have done, then find the error and then give you a solution. Please take it in the right sense.
