I am trying to share a dashboard with someone outside my organisation. He is in an organisation that I have successfully shared with in the past but he is a new user. He has the Pro 60 day trial (as do I). He has successfuly created a PowerBI account.
I have shared the dashboard with his email address and PowerBI tells me I have successfully shared it. However he is not receiving the email. So, because he is outside the organisation, he cannot see my dashboard.
This has not happened to anyone else in his email domain, they all got their emails fine.
Has anyone else experienced this? How do I get the email to send?

It could be in a spam folder. An alternative is to give the person the link to the dashboard and then have them click "request access". You can then go in and aprove the access.
