shapefile distortion

Hello.

I have a problem in putting jsons/Shapefile in poweBI.

I have polygons related to a water management project (Wells, Watershed, rivers, ...) created by arcmap gis. My challenge is I can not show features which don't have a clear attribute table (Nature doesn't have any zip code or postal code). for example in powerBi bing map can find features with names and not just location.  

How can I bring offline maps and use relation instead? or how can I describe maps which don't have any zip code or postal code.

in addition to above-mentioned problem my maps distort every time
