selected Value

Hi All,

I have a very simple issue, not able to find the sol.

I have a table as Table1=Filter(TableOne,ContainsString('TableOne'[ColOne],"xyz"))    ......This work fine

however when i replace "xyz" with SelectedValue(AnotherTable'[AnotherCol])...........It doesnt work

.The result of SelectedValue(AnotherTable'[AnotherCol]) is xyz as well
