scatter plot axes problem

hi

i need to create a scatter plot , that the x axis will be time  and y axis will be a calculated number

the x axis will present a round hour such as 12:00 but each dot has uniqe time like 12:01,12:00,12:30

my data is like this

the way i need to present :

Please ensure the data type is Time, then you should able to create the chart.

you dont have this option on scatterchart
