Hi @Hussein_charif ,
I can help you calculate the running total previous day.
Let’s start with some sample data and then I’ll show you how to calculate it.
Here’s some sample data:
Date | SalesAmount |
---|---|
2024-10-01 | 100 |
2024-10-02 | 150 |
2024-10-03 | 200 |
2024-10-04 | 250 |
2024-10-05 | 300 |
We want to calculate the running total of SalesAmount for the previous day. The expected result would look like this:
Date | SalesAmount | RunningTotalPreviousDay |
---|---|---|
2024-10-01 | 100 | 0 |
2024-10-02 | 150 | 100 |
2024-10-03 | 200 | 250 |
2024-10-04 | 250 | 450 |
2024-10-05 | 300 | 700 |
You can create a measure to achieve this.
RunningTotalPreviousDay = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[SalesAmount]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table'),[Date]<=MAX('Table'[Date])-1))+0
