Hi Everyone,
Hope you doing well.
I am working on dashboard with an ask for row level security on two columns.
| Name | Service Function | Sub Service Function | Email ID |
| ABC | 1 | A | ABC@gmail.com |
| TRIN | 1 | C | TRIN@gmail.com |
| WER | 2 | D | WER@gmail.com |
| POC | 3 | A | POC@gmail.com |
| ABC | 2 | C | ABC@gmail.com |
| TRIN | 1 | A | TRIN@gmail.com |
I have done this before only on one column hence I not sure how to do it and the list will be huge with repetative names with multiple SF and SSF.
I have stored the data in Excel for time being. Due to multiple SSF(Sub Service Function), it is showing Many to Many.
Please suggest/tips to solve and give access to particular people.
Thanks
Switto

Hi@Switto,
You can try using Dynamic RLS to meet your needs.
For more information, you can refer to this :

Use Dynamic row level security in Power BI using DAX USERNAME() or UserPrincipalName() function. With this method, users will see their view of the world. However, you need to make sure that your Power BI model has a relationship set up properly. Otherwise, people might see other table’s data when there is no relationship between their profile table to those tables. Dynamic row level security is highly dependent on your data model, so keep your data model right.
Hope it helps.
Best Regards,
Caitlyn Yan
