reporting prior fields

Need formula help.  my pdf is all the information to the left of desired column.  I want the type of payment repeated in a column.  Desired column is what I'm looking for.  Appreciate your help!

HI @Anonymous,

Do you mean these type strings are mixed and stored with date values in the same column?
If that is the case, I'd like to suggest you add a custom column to check and extract value if the current row existed with 'Payment Type' strings, then you can use the 'fill down' feature to fill the following rows to remark correspond records.
