report not updating from Azure SQL

My report is not updating even after I refresh the report and datasource.

I have a scheduled refresh every hour but many times I have waited hours and not seen a result until I republish.

This happens about 90% of the time.

 

I am using Azure SQL with direct query as the datasource.

This issue was because I didn't realise Power BI uses UTC time

I tried in both Chrome and Edge. It keeps whinging that I don't have javascript running in my browser
