remove visual when there is no data

I have a silcer that when I click on certain assessment titles, they don't have as many questions as the other, as example below, the OPE Overview only has 10 questions, how can I make 11-15 dissappear in the visual?

Try this:

Measure 1 (Column): 

Avg Points = AVERAGE('Performance by Question'[Points])

Measure 2 (Line):

Score Goal = IF(ISBLANK([AVg Points]), BLANK(),.8)
