relate two fields to single field in two different tables

Hi everyone, i would like to know if there is a possibility to link two fields from a table to another field in another table (see the tables in the image). In fact, i have a table containing informations about the sequencing of different applications (the source and the destination) and another table containg the id of the application (called stepId) and its status. I would like to relate the stepId with sourceId and destinationId, in order to filter on the status. An application can be in a source position in one row and also in a destination position in an another row. data.PNG
