ranking a table or matrix

Hello,

I would like to calculate a ranking score based on the total expenses per project descending (calculated measure) and project number and phase.

ex:

amount (calculated measre)   Project Phase  Rank

5000                                           c          1           1

3500                                           A          1          2

3500                                           A           2         3

1500                                          B            1         4

What's the best way to calculate the the Ranks?
