"mysql: reading from the stream has failed."

Hello,
   in our organization, we put another server but it caused an issue related to "MySQL: reading from the stream has failed." when we try to connect with the power bi desktop.  while the old one is working fine. I try different my sql connector, and different machines, but this error remains as it is. 
please help me to solve this issue
