Can we use manually prepared TopoJSON file as shape file for Drilled down Cartogram. When I tried to paste the URL of locally created topoJSON file, it is showing "invalid JSON file. I created the URL for the same by uploading it to AWS S3 Bucket.
We have an option to choose the shapefile in Shape Map. But not in Drilled down Cartogram.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Hope the third - party blog could help you.
Hi @v-frfei-msft ,
Thank you so much for the reply. But Sorry to say, I have already tried this method. Showing the same error.
Please find the method which I have followed.
1. Created a custom map using Google Maps and saved as KML file.
2. Converted KML to GeoJSON and to TopoJSON using Mapshaper.
3. Uploaded in AWS S3 Bucket in order to access the file through link
4. Entered the link in Power BI --> Drilled down cartogram --> Format --> Shape --> Level 1
But the same is working for Shape map available in Power BI.
Hi! Can you share a step-by-step guide for that? Thanks!
