"Evaluated parameters" in Performance Analyzer

Can anyone explain to me what this represents? I can't find any reference via MS docs, or the blogosphere.

The dashbaord I have has a lot of visuals on it, and "Evaluated parameters" is the largest item after Other. I think the figure presented may not be additive, ie the fact that Evaluated parameters is 438 in one visual vs 440 in the next, makes me think the second visual takes 2 ms, and not 440ms.
