"Circular Dependency error"

Dear experts,

Kindly find the attached error for your support. I didn't make any changes in my power bi files or updates and i suddenly faced this error message. What is your advice regarding this issue. i tried to check online for solution but i can't reach a clear solution to apply.

Hi @MIbrahim-power 

 

There is a bug in the Nov release related to CALENDARAUTO.  That said, I would avoid  using this function and instead create a calendar in M or specify the start and end dates using CALENDAR()

This issue has been confirmed as a known issue internally. You can try changing the CalendarAuto to Calendar function. Please be patient to wait for fixing. If there is any news, I will update it here.

Thanks for your reply, but i still cannot recognize the solution. The master date table is created by autocalender expression. This master date table is connected to other many table to combine date for all linked table. This relation was working properly without any problems fronm start of the year 2024 till end of october but from few days, this error appeared. Can anyone advise me to capture and resolve this issue?

Is [Master Date] a calculated column? 

if yes, have you used any other calculated column in [Master Date] column logic?

Since it is a date column it has created a local date table, see if disabling auto time intelligence solves the issue.
