question link one column to multiple columns ?

Hello, I assume it is not possible to link one column to multiple columns ? If my Table1 rows is based on employees name and Table2 rows is based on projects Id and Table2 contains columns for each step of the project, with the name of the employee who did it I want to link Table1 Employee's Name, to Table 2 columns where the name appears. So that I can use a filter where the employee clicks his name and he can see projects he worked in I don't know if it's clear, but is it possible to do something like this ? Thanks in advance

@Alisona  If I’m understanding it right, I think how you might want to tackle it is to unpivot the columns in Power Query so it’s just one column with their names, then it’s a one-to-many relationship but with just the employee name column related.
