hello
when I try to publish my .pbix file from my desktop an error message appears "impossible to write data on the transport connection: an existing connection must have been closed by the remote host" although the file is not voluminous and this is the first time I have encountered this problem.
any ideas please
thank you
Hi @otlo702 ,
Firstly:
Make sure that everything is normal on the network and you can log in to app.powerbi.com normally.
Secondly:
1. Please update the Power BI desktop to the latest version then publish again.
2. Please Go to Power BI service, Get Data-> Files to get pbix files, this has the same effect as publish from Desktop.
If above methods are not working, please provide detailed error information screenshoots and let me know immediately, Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry

Hi @otlo702 !
Please mentioned are you trying to publish .pbix file on Service [app.powerbi.com] or Power BI Report Server.
If you are publishing on Power BI Report Server, try accessing teh Report Server URL and uploading the file directly & see if it works.
Regards,
Hasham
@otlo702 , seem like your desktop file is not able to reach power bi server.
Check if it is an issue because of the VPN or the internet.
Are you able to access app.powerbi.com ?
