problems with total

Hi,

I have this formulas:

Ricavi_ACT =
CALCULATE(
    SUM('Aggregato'[Ricavi])*-1,
    'Aggregato'[Trascodifica] IN { "consuntivo" }
)

Costi fornitura_ACT =
CALCULATE(
    SUM('Aggregato'[Costi Diretti - Forniture]),
    'Aggregato'[Trascodifica] IN { "consuntivo" }
)

finally I have this formula:
Primo_Margine_ACT  = if([Ricavi_ACT]<>0,[Ricavi_ACT]-[Costi fornitura_ACT], 0)

I have different values every month.
The problem is that if I put the field Primo_Margine_ACT in a table or kpi, the total between month doesn't work, it gives me strange numbers or null

Someone can help me?
Thanks

Hi @Giada90 ,

According to your statement, I think your issue should be caused by IF function in your code. Based on the logic of IF function, when [Ricavi_ACT] in total <>0, your total will return [Ricavi_ACT]-[Costi fornitura_ACT] (strange numbers) and when [Ricavi_ACT] in total equal to 0, your total will return 0.

As far as I know, you can sum this measure by the column in X aixs. So if you add [Month] in visual X aixs, you can try below code.

Measure =
SUMX(VALUES('TableName'[Month]),[Primo_Margine_ACT])

@Giada90 , Try measure like

Ricavi_ACT =
CALCULATE(
SUM('Aggregato'[Ricavi])*-1,
filter('Aggregato', 'Aggregato'[Trascodifica] IN { "consuntivo" })
)

Costi fornitura_ACT =
CALCULATE(
SUM('Aggregato'[Costi Diretti - Forniture]),
filter('Aggregato','Aggregato'[Trascodifica] IN { "consuntivo" })
)

Primo_Margine_ACT = if(not(isblank([Ricavi_ACT])) && [Ricavi_ACT]<>0 ,[Ricavi_ACT]-[Costi fornitura_ACT], 0)
