problem with matrix

Hi,

I used a matrix , I put some fields on values and two fields on rows but I can't see the simbol + that always is on the matrix.

What is the problem? It's the first time that happens

@Giada_Togliatti , have changed the property stepped layout. Or you drill down till the last step?

I cant seem to replicate the issue, it works fine on my end. Do you have a sample pbix so i can take a look at the issue?
