I have data stored in three seperate tables customer, fact tables (orders data) and segment (customer belong to different segment) and date table. All measures are stored in fact table
challenge is how to create similar view in power bi
How can you calculate profit or margin if you just have sales? and no costs?

Make that matrix visual should not be difficult. What issue are you encountering?
What do you mean? You are confusing me.
In your screenshot of desidered output, you have 3 lines with Profit, Revenue,Margin.
If you just need % of online and non online, like this:
