pause refresh in PBI using live connection

Dear experts,

We are looking for a functionality where we wanted to pause refreshing the components in PBI desktop/published on cloud until the user select ALL slicers he wanted to.

Meaning, once the user opens the report, it shouldnt start refreshing(just like cached report). Once the users finalizes the selection in slicers, he can then hit something like refresh/resume to hit the DB

We have such functionality in tableau and something like "Defer Layout" in excel pivot.

Any thoughts pls?
