out of memory error plenty free memory

im getting out of memory error when i try to save pbix in power bi desktop  and it exist

i have 16gb and 50% free memory 😞 why

Hi @Anonymous ,

As far as I know, a 32-bit application can only use the lower 2GB physical memory by default. I suppose you will need to install 64-bit application instead.

Your Desktop is a 32 Bit? where is your Gateway installed? a Gateway can't work with 32 bit data source.

So yes at the end you need to change from 32 to 64 at some point.
