I have installed sqliteodbc_w64.exe on windows 11
increased all Cache options to 16 Gb
tried all data sources related to SQLite
But, when I tried to connect with my 5 MB SQLite database I always faced the error:
Details: "ODBC: ERROR [HY000] out of memory
ERROR [IM006] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed"
I tried this db on another PC and it works perfectly
Any suggestions?
Hi, @andr
I submitted a solution in the post, and I’m wondering if it was helpful to you. Could you please provide some feedback on my solution?
hi, @andr
I'm happy to answer your questions. When this error occurs, we can troubleshoot the problem from the following aspects:
1.ODBC driver issue: Make sure you have an SQLite-compatible version installed. You can try to install the ODBC driver and Power BI version corresponding to the PC that can successfully connect to SQLite, as well as SQLite.
2.Memory limit: Although you have increased the caching options, you may still not have enough content to handle the database. You can try closing unnecessary applications.
3.Make sure the connection parameters are consistent on both computers. In particular, configurations related to memory and cache must be consistent.
If the above measures can help you, that’s great.
