oracle DB connection

Hi

I used to have oracle DB connection to power bi..it was working fine!

recenlty, I'm getting this error (Oracle: ORA-28040: No matching authentication protocol) when trying to connect/refresh...I didn't change anything from my side, not sure if that's due to any changes on the server side though. Thanks

Hi @awniqz ,

 

Please try to delete the data source and reconnect, re-enter the credentials and configure the gateway correctly. Are you using an older version of oracle DB? If so, please update the version and try to connect to the data source again.
