option - parallel loading of tables

I have to get a huge data.
Data is loaded only when this option(parallel loading) is disabled on desktop.
After publish this data at PB service, it does not refresh.
Is there a place at the service can turn off this option or set like this option?

Can you know that why refreshing with over 3 table is failed?

I guessed beacause of parallel loading, but maybe it is working(i do setting)
